General Introduction:

SJZ-80/156 CONICAL DOUBLE SCREW EXTRUDER is mainly used for extruding  PVC material. 

Coordinated with the appropriate auxiliary machinery, it can produce many kinds of plastic products, PVC window/door profiles, wall panels, edge banding profile, ceiling board, water supply pipe, pelletes and so on.
Plastics extruder is a high-volume manufacturing unit in which RAW PLASTIC IS MELTED AND FORMED INTO DIFFERENT PRODUCTS.
Extruder Machine can produce items such as pipe/tube, weather stripping, fencing, deck railings, window frames, plastic films and sheet, thermoplastic coatings, and wire insulation, etc.

PLASTIC MATERIAL ---TO--- DIFFERENT PRODUCTS

This process starts by feeding plastic material (pellets, granules, flakes or powders) from a hopper into the barrel of the extruder.

Material is gradually melted by the mechanical energy generated by turning screws and by heaters arranged along the barrel.

Melten polymer is then forced into a die, which shapes the polymer into a pipe that hardens during cooling.
