HSJZ-65/132 Conical Twin Screw Extruder

This Extruder is designed specially for processing Higher Percent Calcium Mixed PVC Material, to manufacture PVC Wall/Ceiling Panels. The Extruder installs with 37kw driving motor , which will produce 1000-1500sqm panels. Our SCREW & BARREL Sets is specially designed for 200-260% Calcium mixed. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.

Angle Line U/L Shape

This angle line moulds are designed into two cavity to improve the production efficiency. Compare with single screw extruder work with single cavity mould, this choice will greatly reduced the production cost..

Vacuum Cooling Platform

This unit is mainly for cooling and shaping the panels after the extrusion mould. It is installed with 4kw vacuum pump and 3kw water pump, for reliable production.

This unit is specially for wall panel angle lines production, it matches two cavity moulds quite well. From one film machine we will be able to laminating film on two angle lines at the same time.

This unit is mainly for collecting the panels after proudction. It will discharge the panels automatically and piles the panels into bundle.
