General Introduction:

HSJ-25 MARK LINE EXTRUDER is best choice for co-extrusion products, and products with mark line.

This type of marking line extruder is not usually used alone, especially widely used on pipe  production line to co-extrude pipe mark line.

This extruder is specially designed with lower power consumption and takes smaller space.

Technical Details:

• 8 Directions Adjustment is very convenient for testing operation from different angle.

• Screw and barrel in high-grade nitride steel, screw diameter 25mm, L/D 25:1, 28:1, 30:1 available based on different material.

• Specially Designed Screw ensures very good feeding properties without material bleeding out of the vent.

• Screw speed infinite variable from 0 to 100 rpm, which could meet regular extrusion requirements.

• Digital Display for heating temperature, current, which will be convenient to make a note.
