Main Features:

• The Extruder: high efficiency designed for PE pipe, equipped with reducer which is high speed and low noise.
• Composite spiral extrusion die head:  melting pressure and flux are uniformity and the surface of pipe is lubricity.
• Adopting vacuum calibrating and spray cooling water tanks, accurate calibration, fast cooling.
• Traction Unit:  two/multi caterpillars with speed adjusted by inverters.
• Cutting Machine use Non-Dust Cutting Saws. It can cut very large diameter and thick wall pipe.

Production Flow: 

HSJ-65/33 Extruder → Pipe Mould → Vacuum Water Cooling Tank →  Tractor→  Pipe Cutter → Pipe stacker
