Main Features:
1. Vacuum sizing box and cooling water tank are made of high-quality wire-drawing stainless steel, which exterior design is high-level.
2. High-performance PLC system automatically controls water temperature precisely, to make water temperature relatively constant, which is more suitable for high-speed stability of production, with a broken pipe, air bubble detection alarm system at the same time.
3. We use the perfect and reliable PCC integrated control system synchronously to control the whole line, which is the only

4. Water dropper automatic conveyer adopts a series of the international most advanced intelligent detection techniques, such as nano laser identification equipment, reverse water dropper automatically remove device, fault alarm system, etc.
HSJ-75 Single Screw Extruder
This HSJ-75 Single Screw Extruder installed with 45kw driving motor, output max. at 120kg/h. it's screw and barrel size is 75mm, LD 33/1, for MDPE-HDPE. Screw rotation speed is 75rpm, working with ZLYJ-200 series gear box(with external oil cooling system), which guarantee the smooth and reliable running.
Dripper Insertion Machine
Servo System Driven Flat Dripper Insertion Machine, which is used for automatically insert the dripper into the irrigation pipes. It is a accurate servo inserting system, working in a continuous and step mode way, min. inserting space can control into 20mm, its tolerance between dripper can be controlled within +-5%, which is very uniform spacing.
Packing & Delivery
