General Introduction:

HSJ-65 "HIGHER SPEED" Plastic Corrugated Pipe Machine is widely used as ElECTRIC WIRE CONDUIT PIPE production, Shisha Hookah Hose production, Flexible Sink Corrugated Pipe production, and Washing Machine Corrugated Pipe production. The whole line consists of a HSJ-65mm Single Screw Extruder(18.5kw/22kw driving motor), Mould and die head, Forming Machine(with flexible corrugators), Auto-Tension Controller, and a Two-Station Pipe Colier Machine.

"Higher Speed" means a machine with more production capacity than a Standard Machine. Installing with a "Pushing Designed" corrugated forming machine, and exercllent accuracy control, this will produce perfect corrugated pipe.

CORRUGATED PIPE MAKING MACHINE

HSJ-45mm Corrugated Pipe Making Machine, this production line is designed specially for smaller size corrugated pipe, φ7-16mm size, is the best choice.

This series corrugated pipe machine can be used to produce plastic corrugated pipes of PVC, PE, PP, EVA and PA material, etc. Plastic single-wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance,  corrosion resistance and abrasion resistabce, high intensity, good flexibility, etc.

(1). PE.PVC corrugated pipe making machine can be used to produce flexible shisha tube and corrugated pipes of PVC, PE, PP, EVA continuously, as well as PA corrugated pipes.
