HSJ-45 Plastic Single Screw Extruder 

For Corrugated Pipe Use

General Introduction:

This series of Sing Screw Extruders are specially designed for Corrugated Pipe production, by coordinating with other downstream machine, to construct complete  Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line. The most commonly used extruder models are HSJ-45mm Model and HSJ-65mm Model, which can manufacture corrugated pipe ranging: φ9-20mm, φ16-50mm.

HSJ-45/65mm Single Screw Extruder, which is installed with one φ45mm or φ65mm screw, is mainly used to process PP, PE, PVC,ABS, PA, etc. This SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules used for making corrugated pipe. This Extruder Plasticizing performance is super excerllent, by a accurately control temperature system, <0.1℃. While a better controlled polymers will gives high glossy, shining, friction resisting corrugates wall surface. 

HSJ-45mm Single Screw Extruder

This HSJ-45/55 Plastic Corrugated Pipe Machine This machine is mainly designed for Shisha Hookah hose, Air Conditioner Hose manufacture, the most commonly used material is PP/HDPE granules. The corrugated former machine is loaded with a well structured corrugated mould pairs, its running is reliable and smooth. Its speed can reach to 15m/min+.
