HSJ-65mm Single Screw Extruder This Extruder is designed specially for producing single wall corrugated pipe, which installed with 11kw, 15kw driving motor, according to the different pipe size, or thickness. Our SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules used for making corrugated pipe. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.

Chain Design Corrugated Pipe Forming Machine installed with 50-60 pairs of forming mould, the material of the mould is 40Cr, which is very high strong. The forming machine size will based on the final hose length accordingly.

This Traction and Cutting Machine is specially for Shisha Hookah Hose use. Traction machine is designed into two stations, first station is for haul off the pipe at a uniform speed, and feed hose to the cutters. A hydraulic cutter controlled by PLC system will automatically cut the hose at set length. And the second station haul off machine is pull the hose out.
