This 20-110mm HDPE Pipe Making Machine is a higher speed machine, which size 20/25mm pipe can run upto 20~25m/min.

The Main Extruder is installed with 55kw /75kw driving motor, to make sure the output at about 180-250kg/hr. Screw and barrel will use 60/38 higher efficiency design, which has a long LD ratio.

This is a PRO-DESIGNED Machine for Size 20~63mm HDPE Pipe production line. HSE-60/38 Extruder Model, installed with 55kw driving motor, the extrusion ability is 150-180kg/hr. This design is more preferred for big manufacture workshop who has big market turnover, that will need specialized machine for specific small range pipe size at per machine. Normally a new-started company will always in searching the machine aiming for more size range. Their workshop may only have one or two machine only, but must have to service more market range.
