General Introduction:
This machine is used to produce Fiber Reinforced PVC Braided Hose/ PVC Garden Pipe. It has three layers, the inner and the outer layer is plastic PVC material and the middle layer is fiber strengthened net. It has good mechanical property and chemical property, which suits for the transportation of high pressure and corrosive air, and water liquid. It is comprehensively used in machinery, colliery, petrol, chemistry, agriculture irrigation, garden water hose,construction,civil products (solar water heater, gas pitcher).

HSJ-65/28 Single Screw Extruder
This 65/28 Single Screw Extruder is installed with 15kw driving motor, for processing PVC soft granules specially. Gear reducer will use from top brand Guomao ZLYJ-173 model, with a reliable connection, and higher efficiency distribution, the extruder output can reach upto 45-65kg/hr.
CO2 Lasers
CO2 lasers operate at a wavelength of 10.6 micrometers, which is well-absorbed by PVC materials, allowing for effective engraving or cutting,petrol,chemistry,agriculture irrigation, garden water hose, construction,civil products (solar water heater, gas pitcher).
Extrusion Die Head
The molds installed in this production line, totally included two sets, - the first set installed on the first Extruder, working as the inner layer hose extruder. The second set will install on the second Extruder, after the fiber braiding unit.
3-Colors of Marking-Line Design
The 3-color Marking Lines is optional choice.
Either Single/ Double/ Three Color lines design is available for the machine, by installed 1/2/3 sets of jockey extruder. For each color, it needs a separate HSJ-25mm mini extruder.
Quenching Cooling Water Tank
The Cooling water tank works to cool down the hose after the extruder machine.The water tank material adopts S.S. 304 Stainless Steel, with Chrome Painting, will effectively avoid its rust problem, and guarantee a long time service life.
Haulf-off/Traction Machine
This Two-Caterpillar Traction/ Haul-off machine is designed for continuous and steady pull the hose moving forward; Its compact and absolute stability features make it great guarantee for stable production. Each Belt is driven by frequency motor, can automatically change its working speed synchronous with the whole production line speed.
Fiber/Yarns Braided Machine
The Braiding/Weaving machine is for making the middle fiber braided layer, to strength the pipe, so that the pipe can tolerate more water pressure. By using different density yarns, you will get different pressure rate hose.
The Weaving Machine is mounted with two groups of bobbin bucket, each group rotate at a different direction. We supply two different model weaving machine: 1.5kg / 4kg bobbin design.
Pipe Coiler/Winder Machine
This is semi-automatic Pipe Coiler/Winder, it will coiled the hose into rolls, at your set length(for example at per 25m/50m).
