HSE-75/38 HDPE Pipe Extrusion Production Line
This machine is mainly designed for manufacturing HDPE/PP Pipes, which mainly used in irrigation, water supply area. The extruder can process PP/HDPE granules(Both virgin and Recycled, even with chalk-filled composite).
The mounted mould on this line is 75-250mm, full set of mould will include every detailed sized mandrel and sizing sleeve. The whole production line mechanical designing max. 400-600kg/h.

HSE-75/38 Single Screw Extruder
This is a Higher Efficiency designed extruder, which screw model is 75/38, installed with 110kw driving motor, for processing PP/HDPE granules specially. Gear reducer will use from top brand Guomao ZLYZ-225 model(which is the top brand in China), with a reliable connection, and higher efficiency distribution, the extruder output can reach upto400-600kg/hr.
Extrusion Die Head
Mould adopts alloy structural steel, which can greatly improve the strength of the parts. Under high temperature and high load,the mould still has good dimensional stability, ensure the service life of mould and pipe quality.
The surface of the runner is treated with nitride or hard chromium plating to ensure wear resistance and corrosion resistance and prolong the service life of the die.
Vacuum Sizing Cooling Water Tank
Vacuum Sizing Cooling Water Tank main role is to set the pipe diameter, shape, cooling and guaranteed the roundness of the pipes, installed with water channel system and a bypass loop access road. It also has an automatic monitoring system on water level and water temperature.
Double Claw Traction Machine
Also called by Two-Caterpillars Traction/ Haul off machine, with each crawler driven by frequency motor, can automatically change its working speed synchronous with the whole production line speed.
Non-dust Cutting Machine
The movement of length is controlled by cylinder; ensure that the longitudinal speed synchronized with the production line.
Horizontal cutting machine with circular saw blades cutting and lateral movement with chain-belt transmission, mobile speed can be adjusted, cutting a smooth.
Length measuring instrument is PLC micro-computer, error range ±1mm.
Pipe Stacker
Pipe stacking refers to the practice of temporarily storing lengths of pipe, such as those used in construction, oil and gas operations, or other industrial applications, by stacking them vertically.
