HSJZ-65/132 Conical Twin Screw Extruder. It can process PVC resins mixed with calcium carbonate and PVC addititives. It can also process WPC Materials, which is PVC mixed with Wooden Powder, for indoor/outdoor wpc panels, decking panels production.

The extruder machine set is also specially designed according to how many percent calcium used in production.
Horizontal Designed Gearbox
The Vacuum Cooling Water Tank is Two-Chamber independent design, which total length is 9000mm, with first section turbo design. it can quickly cooling down the temperature, and shape the pipe. The second section is 6m long, it can strength the cooling effect, shorten cooling time.
