HSJZ-92/188 Conical Twin Screw Extruder
This extruder specifically adopts the HSJZ-92/188 model, equipped with a 110 kW drive motor. The screw and barrel set uses the Demag brand, specially designed for PVC stone-plastic structures. The extruder unit is also specially designed to accommodate the higher percentage of calcium powder required in production.
The extrusion molding die of the SPC floor manufacturing machine is mainly composed of a die head, a heating system and a shaping device. The die head flow channel is precisely designed to enable the material to be extruded evenly. The heating system ensures that the material maintains good fluidity at a suitable temperature. The shaping device quickly shapes the extruded material.
