HSJ-75/33 Single Screw Extruder
The 75/33 single-screw extruder of the PE pipe production line has a screw diameter of 75mm and an aspect ratio of 33. It realizes PE raw material transportation and plasticization through screw rotation, accurately controls temperature and speed, and stably extrude pipes with uniform wall thickness and smooth surface.
Pipe Mold
The extruder mold of the PE pipe production line consists of a die head, a die and a core mold. The mold is used to shape PE pipes of different specifications.

Vacuum Cooling Platform
The water cooling platform uses circulating cooling water to quickly cool down and shape the newly extruded high-temperature PE pipe, ensuring that the pipe has stable size and smooth surface.
PE Pipe Traction Platform
The traction platform clamps the upper and lower tracks to pull the cooled and shaped PE pipe out of the production line at a stable and adjustable speed to avoid deformation or jamming of the pipe.
PE Pipe Cutting Machine
The cutting platform of the PE pipe production line uses high-precision sensors to locate the pipe length and uses a high-speed rotary cutter to quickly and accurately cut the pipe according to the set size.
