For some components dismanlted from circuit boards, some of them surface plated gold, such as CPU, it will be first to do surface stripping process, to remove and extract the surface gold firstly, the following is the CPU before stripped and after stripped comparison.
Most part Precious metals are contain in the IC chips, MLCC and some memory card, these materials will be go into our Precious metals recovery system to processing, to recovery the precious metals, such as gold, silver, pd etc.
The detailed processing step as: for the above materials will be firstly to put into our special designed carbonization furnace to smetling, to demage the plastic, Second is to grinding into the fine powder, Third is to do the chemical leaching, will be recovery the gold, silver, palladium orderly, as the following drawing.
