This product is a high-speed woodworking milling spindle, which is mainly used in carving and milling machines or machining centres for drilling and milling materials such as wood, plastic, aluminium and fibreboard. Due to its compact structure, light weight, low inertia, low vibration, low noise and other characteristics, this spindle can achieve high speed, high precision and high running stability.
This product is built-in three-phase frequency conversion asynchronous high-efficiency motor, stepless speed control by frequency converter. Adopting the flange base mounting method, it can effectively stabilise the spindle, reduce the damage of the spindle and prolong the service life of the spindle.
The product adopts aluminium body with good heat dissipation, and the surface of the body is designed with radial heat sinks, etc., which can effectively reduce the heat of the motor, especially the advanced axial fan is adopted at the end of the spindle, which greatly improves the heat dissipation effect, and reduces the noise caused by fan cooling and vibration caused by the rotation of the fan.
