SB-series combined rice mill machine is widely used for processing paddy directly into white rice,or brown rice.It combines the functions of husking, de-stoning, milling and polishing in one,and automatically complete the process of de-stoning, husking, milling and whitening in succession.The husk,bran and white rice are discharged out separately. It is an ideal processing equipment, especially suitable for small and medium rice milling factory and home use.
Working principle and flow
This machine is composed of feeding hopper,vibrating sieve and magnet device,paddy huller, husk separator,rice whitener,fan and dust collector. Paddy goes into machine through vibrating screen and magnet device to remove impurities first, then passes through rubber roller for husking. Brown rice goes into whitening room for milling.Then husk, bran and white rice are discharged out of separately.
