LNT Series Combined Rice Milling Machine is mainly used both to hull and to mill rice paddy into white rice.At the same time,remove the husk out of the machine.
Product Features
1. First, it acts as a huller to remove the rice husk, then mills the brown rice into white rice, and separates the husk, bran and white rice. 2. White rice is fully cleaned with low bran content. Broken rice rate is low and rice output rate is high. 3. Compact structure,convenient to operate and maintain.
Working principle
Paddy firstly enters into the rice mill machine through vibrating sieve and magnet device, then passes rubber-roller for hulling. After air blowing and air jetting to the milling room, the paddy finishes the process of husking and milling in succession. Then husk, unripe paddy, and white rice are expelled out of the machine respectively. The dust collector collects the fine rice husk.
