The wheat cleaning process is wet cleaning,which including: Three sieves Two Scourers Two Destoner One classificator One watering One water washing One water spraying Five wind selection One wheat brushing. The raw wheat cleaning part adopts one set of 500t per day.But for clean wheat,we adopt two independent 250t cleaning lines which are respectively used for the A&B milling production line. Wheat milling process section This part is divided into two lines, A and B.Each production capacity is 250t per day. The two lines have almost the same process. All machines adopts domestic equipment, mainly including: 14 sets FMFQ10×2 pulverizers 6 sets FSFG6×24 high square sieves 4 sets FQFD60×2×3 purifiers 2 sets FFPD45×2 horizontal bran punching machines 3 sets FFPS89 (7#) bran brushing machines 15 sets impact loosening machines.
Product Features
This project adopts technology of 5B, 7M, 2S, 2T, 6P.For 3B and 4B,both coarse and fine skin will be milled.For 5B,only fine skin will be milled. This project is specially suitable for hard wheat. With flow scale,the feeding speed of milling machine can be easily controlled,and easy to calculate the flour output rate.
