1.DT-15 Elevator:

A.   Characteristic: 

      It has the characteristic of running smoothly, reliable lifting, small volume, high efficiency, good sealing, etc

B.   Usage:

It is used to deal with the paddy, or something likes paddy.

2.SCY63 Pre-cleaner:

Effectively separates various large foreign objects in grain and can be widely used for primary cleaning procedures of the front end feeding grain mill, grease mill and so on.

3.TQLZ100 vibratory cleaning separator

It is used for removing various large, small and light foreign objects from grain.

4.TQSX125 suction type de-stoner

It is mainly used for separating heavy foreign objects such as side stone from grain.

 5.MLGT51 RICE HULLER                 

A.   Characteristics:                             

By virtue of a couple of face-to-face, non-uniformvelocity rubber roll, under pressure, the machine squeezes and twines paddy so as to get rid of rice hull.And separates rice and blighted grains from the mixture through outside  induced draft fan. The biggest advantage is to realize the exchange of fast and slow roll by  adopting gearbox. Therefore, whenin stalled a couple of rubber, they can be run out at 

the same time. 

B.  Usage:

    It fits paddy ratcheting and separation.
 
6.MGCZ100*16 PADDY SEPARATOR

 A.   Characteristic:

The machines use the difference between gravity, graininess and coefficient off riction on the paddy and brown rice. It can grade the mixture from the paddy by the function of swing separatingboard. When the machine is running, the big specific gravity and small grain size brown rice goes down, meanwhile, the brown rice goes onto the separate board. The small specific gravity and small grain size brown rice go upon the unpolished rice and slip out from the lower part of separated broad, and then the corn and the brown rice  are separated. This machine has the characteristic of compact structure, operating and  fixing easily. 

 B.   Usage:

It used to separate the grain from the brown rice.

 7.MNMF25 jet rice mill with emery roller

A.Usage:

It is mainly equipped in complete set rice milling equipment for processing brown rice.

9.MMJP150 GRADER

A.  Characteristic:                      

 This equipment makes use of the difference between the rice and the broken rice.
