Product Usage
The water-drop SPSF hammer mill crusher is suitable for crushing various granular feed materials, such as corn, rice,sorghum, grain,wheat, soybeans, etc,widely used in large medium and small scale feed factory,alcohol plant,lemon factory,food products factory and so on.The single machine equipped with pipe, cyclone,fan,airlock can form a line to process feed for pig or chicken.
Product Features
1.Operation door can be open for replacing the sieve or hammer 2. The inlet on top is equipped with impeller feeder to adjust the feeding speed. 3. The feeding guide mechanism at the inlet controls the direction of raw material flowing into the crushing chamber. 4. The rotor is tested by precise measure such as dynamic balance and vibration to run more smoothly which can completely crush the raw material without dead angle.to get better effect. 5. Large wide-body crushing chamber, stable performance, small vibration, easy operation, long service life.
Working principle
The raw material go through the feeding mechanism into the feed hammer, then gradually crushed by high speed rotating hammer and alls on sieve plate. Finally, the finish particles are discharged through the holes on the sieve by centrifugal force. With positive and negative rotor, two-way feeding mechanism,raw material can be crushed into coarse and fine particles by replacing the sieve.So one machine can realize multi-purpose.
