The JF-30A is a complete compressed air solution combining a 22kw (30HP) direct driven rotary screw air compressor, a refrigerated air dryer, and a 300L air receiver tank in a single pre-engineered package. All components are pre-piped and pre-wired, enabling plug-and-play installation — simply connect power and air outlet to start production.

- All-in-One Design: Compressor, refrigerated dryer, and air tank mounted on a common steel base frame. Saves floor space and eliminates field piping work.
- Direct Driven Technology: 1:1 flexible coupling drive with zero belt maintenance. Higher transmission efficiency and longer service life.
- Refrigerated Air Dryer: Built-in cycling refrigerated dryer with 3-5°C pressure dew point. Automatic condensate drain included. Removes moisture to protect pneumatic tools and equipment.
- 300L Air Receiver Tank: ASME/CE certified air storage tank with safety valve, pressure gauge, and automatic drain. Stabilizes system pressure and reduces compressor cycling frequency.
- Microprocessor Control: Centralized controller monitors compressor, dryer, and tank pressure with integrated safety shutdowns.
- Low Noise Enclosure: Full soundproof canopy with acoustic foam, operating at just 70±2 dB(A). Suitable for point-of-use installation.
