Supercritical CO2 Foam Technology specializes in the development and green manufacturing of clean and environmentally friendly high performance lightweight polymer foams.We use N2 and CO2 gases commonly found in the air to expand the plastic and form a large number of micro and nano bubbles inside. This is a purely physical foaming process with no chemical blowing agents added and no chemical cross-linking during the foaming process. Compared with traditional foaming materials, our material is recyclable, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and meets the needs of sustainable development.

PVDF (poly vinylidene fluoride) foaming sheet has outstanding resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemicals. It also offers excellent toughness, wide temperature tolerance (-40 to 160℃), high dielectric strength and excellent resistance to nuclear radiation, UV and ageing.
