XLPE XPE Horizontal furnace: The foaming furnace adopts a new three-stage extended furnace. The furnace body is divided into three parts: preheating section, cross-linking section, and foaming section. The total length of the furnace body is 24.4 meters, the height is 4.75 meters, and the width is 3 meters. Equipped with a famous brand high-precision energy-saving burner to ensure precise temperature control, it can produce XPE, IXPE, and rubber and plastic foam products.

Features: Low energy consumption: The preheating section and cross-linking section have been greatly changed. Under the condition of meeting the process requirements, the heat capacity space is reduced, energy saving and consumption reduction are achieved, and the gas consumption is equivalent to that of the two-stage furnace.

Wide range of production process: In terms of heat distribution in the furnace, the defect of unreasonable heat distribution in the furnace body is overcome. According to the working heat requirements of IXPE foaming, IXPE foaming is made in a relatively wide range, with a foaming ratio of 5-35 times, and the foaming is sufficient.
Continuous and stable output: Among the foaming furnaces currently produced in China, our three-stage furnace has a large output, which can reach more than 200KG/H, and the IXPE foam cells are finer and denser than those of the two-stage furnace.
