Tips For AB Wheel Set 

 

1. Ab Roller: Kneel on the mat, grip the roller handles, extend arms forward to roll the wheel out (keep core tight), then pull back to starting position.


2. Push-Up Bars: Place the bars on the mat, grip them, get into push-up stance; lower chest toward the mat by bending elbows, then push back up.


3. Resistance Bands: Step on the band (or secure it), hold handles; do bicep curls, shoulder presses, or leg extensions (control the band’s tension).


4. Jump Rope: Hold the rope handles, swing the rope over your head, jump as it passes under your feet (maintain a steady rhythm).


5. Combine Tools: Pair the ab roller with push-ups (finish a set of rolls, then do push-ups) or use resistance bands for post-workout stretching.

 

Here are the suggested rep counts for each exercise with the kit:

1. Ab Roller: Start with 3 sets of 8–10 rolls (increase to 12–15 as strength improves).
2. Push-Up Bars: Do 3 sets of 10–12 push-ups (adjust to 6–8 if you’re a beginner).
3. Resistance Bands: For bicep curls/shoulder presses: 3 sets of 12–15 reps; for leg extensions: 3 sets of 15–20 reps per leg.
4. Jump Rope: Aim for 3 sets of 1–2 minute jumps (rest 30 seconds between sets).
5. Combined Routine: After 1 set of ab rolls (10 reps), do 1 set of push-ups (10 reps) — repeat 3 rounds.
