Tips for skipping rope:

Wire Rope

A more professional skipping rope. The rope body is extremely thin and the handle is short and light, which can reduce the amplitude of shaking and make the rope spin faster. However, because steel wire ropes are generally used for speed jumping, and the rope body is designed to be very thin in order to increase speed, the rope body will be scrapped quickly under high-intensity speed training. It is recommended to buy a few spare skipping ropes when buying a steel wire rope.

Applicable people: Mainly used for professional athletes in speed competitions. It is not recommended for beginners because the rope speed is too fast.
