Manufacturing Process
Aluminum grating is produced by arranging punched aluminum strips (load bars) at specific intervals, then inserting aluminum square rods (cross rods) into the arranged load bar holes. The cross rods are pressed to expand between the load bars, creating a tight, fixed connection that forms a complete grating plate.
