Manufacturing Process
PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron) is manufactured using Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Coil as the substrate. The production process includes surface pretreatment, application of one or more layers of liquid coating via roll coating, followed by baking and cooling. Available coatings include polyester, silicon modified polyester, and other high-durability, corrosion-resistant formulations.
