Manufacturing Process
Produced using electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized steel substrates. The manufacturing process includes pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), followed by continuous application of one or more coating layers through coil coating technology, and final baking. The complete structure comprises base metal (cold rolled steel), zinc coating, chemical conversion coating, primer coating, and top coating.
