Manufacturing Process
Our PPGI sheets utilize electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized steel substrates. The manufacturing process includes comprehensive pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), followed by continuous application of multiple coating layers through advanced coil coating technology and precision baking. The final product consists of cold rolled steel base metal, zinc coating, chemical conversion coating, primer coating, and top coating for maximum durability.
