1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products? Can I get a price quote if I want to buy different products in one container?
A: Our MOQ is 10 tons for mixed products. You can choose any products you like and we will pack them in a 40’RH

2. How do you pack your products? Can I request a customized packaging?
A: We offer two types of packaging: bulk and retail. Bulk packaging is 110kgs/carton, suitable for wholesale or industrial use. Retail packaging is designed for individual consumers or supermarkets, such as 101kg/ctn, 20500g/ctn, 42.5kgs/ctn, 20*1lbs/ctn, etc. We can also customize the packaging according to your specifications and requirements.

A: We are happy to provide you with free samples of our products for quality evaluation, but you will need to cover the flight cost for the delivery, as frozen foods require special handling with dry ice, which is expensive. However, we will refund the flight cost if you place an order with us.
