Use and Characteristics:
1. Design speed: 100m/min.
2. Effective width: 1400mm- 1800mm.
3. Corrugated roller: φ 280mm.
4. The driving reducer adopts oil penetration lubrication, reducing noise, universal joint drive and isolating power source.
5. Upper roller, pressure roller and rubber roller lift, all with pneumatic control.
6. The guide paper adopts vacuum adsorption, with air volume adjustment device, to maintain the stability of corrugated type in
high speed.
7. The roller and pressure roller bearings are lubricated with high temperature resistance grease.

8. The gelatinize part adopts automatic circulation for glue.
9. The upper and lower corrugated roller adopts 48CrMo high quality chromium aluminum alloy steel, after heat treatment, the
hardness is grinding on the surface of hrc58o-60o.
10. The surface of the rubber roller has been treated with the mesh cut and chrome plating.
11. Manual or electric separation device.
12. The machine can operate independently or without independent operation, and the main power converter control (optional).
