1. The machine is absolutely top processing technology, rack welding machine, the high temperature quenching treatment, so that the rack with high rigidity, high strength; tool with a special vacuum high temperature treatment to extend its service life.
2. The machine standard is equipped with punching station, channel and angle steel cutting station, thick plate cutting station, round steel and square steel cutting station, cutting angle station. Optional red hole, plate bending, channel steel punching, shutters and pipe cutting angle and other accessories.
3. Standard equipped with five stations and dual hydraulic workstations. Can work independently at the same time. The machine does not need to carry out any level of debugging, placed in place after use. Optional CNC control system to increase the automatic punching, and shear efficiency.

Flat Bar Shearing Station   Specially machined upper blade to give a clean shear with minimum distortion. Lower blade has four usable cutting edges. Variable degree miter-cutting on angle flange. Easily adiustable hold-down. Support table with guides for accurate positioning.
	Angle Shearing Station   Single shear with no material loss and minimal deformation. 45° miter-cut is easy and clean. Stationary blades with four usable cutting edges. Selectable corner radii on moving blades for optimumresults on small or large angles
Bar Shearing Station   One hold-down for various sizes of square bar shear-ing and round bar shearing. Optional channel and section bar shear tooling is available for most models.(See specification chart fordetails)
