Fiber Optic Cable Fiber

The structure of GYTS optical cable is to insert 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of high modulus material, and fill the loose tube with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core, and for certain numbers of optical cables, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the metal reinforced core. The loose sleeve (and filling rope) is twisted around the center to form a compact and circular cable core, and the gaps inside the cable core are filled with waterproof fillers. Double sided coated steel strip (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.

Characteristics

● Has good mechanical properties and temperature characteristics.
