The working principle of CNC saw blade grinding machine:
1,The narrow sides of the two rotating disk grinding wheels are equivalent to the two tooth faces of the rack. The workpiece moves through the rolling disc and steel belt, and the table moves back and forth along the axis of the workpiece to grind out the whole tooth width
2,After grinding the teeth, the dividing head frame will separate the teeth through the transition plate.
3,The machine can also be used to grind spiral teeth using additional devices. If the grinding wheel is inserted into the inner gear, the inner gear can be ground. This kind of machine tool is generally arranged horizontally. When the diameter is greater than 1 meter, the vertical arrangement is adopted. The accuracy can reach 4 levels.
