Operation process :
1,Before starting the machine, check each part of the screw, adjust whether the screw is tight and moderate tightness, whether the grinding wheel has scars, notches, loosening phenomenon, and improve the lubrication of each part.
2,Depending on the tooth pitch, tooth height and bevel Angle of the saw blade. Adjust the push tooth distance and gear travel, so that the push tooth cross rod claw top in the throat of teeth 1/2 height, and adjust the inclination and lifting height of the grinding wheel frame.
3,Grinding wheel rotation, rise, fall must be balanced, no beating, string shaft phenomenon, if the vibration, pedal teeth uneven, should be excluded before work, the machine shall not be grinding other than the saw blade living parts.
4,The grinding wheel that meets the requirements (certificate, particle size, line speed standards) must be selected and used. The operator should not stand before or after the wheel rotation direction, should stand on the side.
5,After the work is completed, the dust on the equipment must be removed, especially the grinding wheel rack slide CAM, to reduce the wear of the equipment.
