Saw blade polishing machine use method:

1,Ensure that the grinding wheel of the saw blade grinding machine is more than 1 cm away from the saw blade, and the thickness of the saw blade and the center of the grinding wheel should be in a horizontal line.

2,Adjust the front Angle adjustment knob of the sawtooth to obtain the appropriate cutting Angle. Turning the adjusting knob clockwise will increase the cutting Angle, and vice versa will decrease.

3,After turning on the power supply, adjust the grinding speed adjustment button and the tooth distance adjustment button of the dividing plate, ensure that the stroke of the pushing claw is 1 teeth, and make the drop point of the pushing claw tip in the correct position. Adjust the Angle of the pusher teeth so that the pusher does not slip on the indexing plate.

4,Adjust the wheel start and stop adjustment button to the maximum speed, and then bring the wheel close to the saw blade, adjust the front Angle of the saw blade to align with the left side of the wheel.
