The Function of the Fermenting Tank:

    The equipment is fermentation tank. It is the last necessary proceduce in beer brewing. In this process, the malt is changed into the draught beer. The wort reacts with the well-cultivated yeast at a proper temperature which is controlled by the ice water tank. Because the temperature of yeast need to work is much lower than that of the hot wort. So the temperature control system plays an very important and essential role.

The Structure of the Fermenting Tank: 

    The upper part of the fermenting tank is elliptical, the bottom part is cone. The angle of the cone is 65 degree. The angle can be changed with the demands of  customer.  These two parts combine the fermenting tank. The tank is two-walled, the thickness of inner wall is 2.5mm, outer wall is 1.5mm. They are both made of stainless steel 304. There is the polyurethane between the walls. It is the insulating material, and out of the tank is the ice water pipe which rounds the tank spirally. This is the ice water 's path. There is the dished head on the top of the tank. It is an important part of the fermenting tank. The thickness of the head is 2.5mm, it is the pressure-standing unit. The sample valve is made of stainless. Furthermore, there is a man hole for the cleaning on the middle of the tank. Because only depending on the cleaning ball is not easy. So people can come into the tank to clean the left yeast through the man hole, if not the residual yeast may ruin the next batch of beer.
