Product Application
1.With rotating racking arm for beer delivery, which is convenient and flexible to deliver beer.
2.All tanks are equipped with adjusting bolts to ensure the tanks are aligned and leveled.
3.Strict quality control and process inspection & testing system.
4.Polished/Brushed/Mirror finish/Pickling passivation is optional.
5.Side manhole or top manhole according to the customer’s fermentation process and brewing types.
6.Bigger headspace, the cover headspace volume is calculated separately and extra.
7.Specially designed dimpled cooling jackets outside to ensure heating and cooling efficiency 60-degree cone angle for convenient for yeast excretion.
8.Fermenters are made by 100% stainless steel 304, even bolt and screw.
9.Our fermenter has more than 125% space of working capacity, promise foam won’t go out.
10. We test 5 times before delivery, to ensure good delivery status.
