1. Property Scope of Application
Non-halogen Low Smoke Flame Retardant Wire & Cable, may prevent human from being suffocated by toxic gas generated from accidental burning of wire and cable. They are suitable for using in the circumstance with fairly strict flame retardant and environmental protection requirement, such as high-rise buildings, hospitals, subways and shopping malls.
2. Requirement of Application:
The permissible long-time working temperature of regular non-halogen low smokie flame-retardant polyolefin insulation is not more than 70C, and that of irradiation cross-linked non-halogen low-smoke flame-retardant olefin insulation is not more than 105C.
The temperature of laying cable is not lower than 0C.
The permissible min curving radius during laying cable are as following:
A: The permissible min. Curving radius for single-core power cable is 20(D+d)mm. If the main conductor is not round, then the "d" is 1.13S where the "D"stands for actual outer diameter of cable, the "d"stands for actual outer diameter of conductor and the "S" stands for nominal sectional area of main conductor;
B: The permissible curving radius is not less than 4D for the cable whose outer diameter(D) is less than 25mm; And that is not less than 6D for the cable whose outer diameter(D) is not less than 25mm;
C: The permissible curving radius is at least 6 times outer diameter of unarmored control cable, and that is at least 12 times outer diameter of armored and copper-tape screened cable armoured control cables; At least 12 times the cable.
