Features:
1. The machine has been upgraded on the basis of conventional glue dot compound machine, such as automatic rectification,automatic stripping, automatic centering, automatic opening and automatic blowing waste edge. The composite material has the advantages of uniform coating, complex formation, no stretching deformation, no foaming, no wrinkling, softness, excellent air permeability, neat winding, etc.. 2. It is suitable for many kinds of composite materials. Especially for coating fabric and fabric, fabric and double or four sides stretch knitted fabric, non-woven fabric and leather, sponge and flannelette, sponge and leather; 3. Suitable configuration can be selected according to different materials for winding and unwinding; 4. According to the characteristics of different materials, parts can be increased or reduced; 5.Suitable for water-soluble and solvent based adhesive coating compound, realize one machine with multifunction. 6. The amount of glue and gluing patterns can be adjusted according to the material and actual needs. 7. The heating of the drum can be heated by electric, natural gas or thermal oil. 8. The width of the machine roll surface can be specified according to the maximum width of the actual material. 9. The whole system can use intelligent PLC program, touch screen or mechanical to operate control.
