HIGH EFFICIENCY AND ENERGY SAVING DOT TRANSFER LAMINATING MACHINE
CQ-001A is mainly used for the laminating of clothing fabrics, poly spun velour, polar fleece, plush, non-woven fabric, toweling,
cotton, jean, polyester pongee, milk rayon, woolen, TC cloth, lace, leather, sponge, woven fabrics, gas-permeable membrane, PU
leather, PVC leather etc. It is widely used for wind resistant jacket, winter coats, thermal underwear, urine insulation pad,
automotive interiors, footwear, hats, luggage, decoration, home textiles, toys and other industries.
Features:
1. Functions like automatic feeding, automatic skew detection, automatic centering, automatic side spreading, automatic unfolding
and automatic waste blowing have been added on the basis of conventional dot transfer machine. It saves labor by a great
margin(2-3 persons fewer than the ordinary laminating machine).
2. The laminated materials possess features such as uniform coating, smooth lamination, no tensile deformation, no bubble, no
wrinkles, softness, extremely good gas permeability, orderly winding, being hard to peel and highly washable;
3. It can laminate a great variety of materials such as cloth/cloth and cloth/membrane and is especially suitable for the
lamination of double side or quadruple side elastic fabric;
4. Different configurations can be chosen for winding and spreading rolls according to different materials;
5. Some devices can be added or reduced according to the features of different materials;
6. The machine can be used for multi-purposes such as the lamination of solvent adhesive coating;
7. The quantity and types of adhesive can be adjusted according to the materials and actual needs;
8.The roller can either be heated by electricity, vapor or heat transfer oil;
9. The width of roller can be decided by according to the actual maximum width of the materials;
10. The operation system can be upgraded to a touch screen PLC program control.
