It is mainly used for  sprinkling hot melt powder, activated carbon mixed powder, mixed powder on non-woven fabrics or woven fabrics and then laminating with non-woven fabric, lining cloth, knitting cloth and so on.It is used for hot laminating of films and non-woven fabrics as well.Widely used in clothing, shoes and hats,: automotive interiors, carpets, bags, filters and other industries. 

Process Flow:

Unwinding------> Sprinkling Powder--------> Enter into oven;heating, baking, melting ----->Laminating---->Winding

Key Features:

1.Adopt import temperature control system, guarantee the temperature of the  drying tunnel constant, the temperature difference is less than 2℃, guarantee the stability of the material width;

2.Use a special heating system, heating fast, to ensure the stability of the hot-melt effect ;

3.Using energy-saving insulation type oven, the temperature is not easy to loss;

4.Scattering head stirring and vibration system, ensure the material surface uniform powder ;

5.Drive by synchronous frequency conversion control system, ensure the speed and the amount of powder synchronous, to control the amount of powder is uniform, stable.

6.Mechanical width customized according to the material width.
