Mainly used for applying oil-based glue and water-based glue on the abrasive paper before they are laminated with flannelette. It can also be used for the gluing and laminating of sponges, cloth leather,release paper and so on. It is suitable for the deep processing of abrasive paper and many other industries.

Mainly used for gluing and laminating of sand/abrasive paper and flannelette/velvet.
Main Devices:
Feeding device: The magnetic tension, pneumatic core shaft for unwinding.
Gluing: gluing device is selected according to different glue type. Oil-based glue with a blade; oily glue and water-based glue dual-use, using comma knife.
Oven:the length according to output capacity;
Heating method: electric heating tube
Transmission:Controlled by frequency control motor.
Winding: Friction plates for winding, Magnetic powder tension and pneumatic core shaft for winding (optional)
