After manual collating of signatures, the machine can automatically finish signature feeding, wire stitching and finished product collection. It supports one-pass production of both 1-up and 2-up layouts. The equipment is equipped with two standard US M200 stitching heads and can be expanded to four stitching heads to boost production capacity. Built-in photoelectric sensors monitor the whole working process, realizing stable signature conveying, missing stitch prevention and stitching head protection, so as to achieve long-time continuous non-stop running.
