The HX450S Semi Auto Saddle Stitcher is professional post-press wire binding equipment designed for saddle stitching of booklets, pictorials and magazines.

After manual collating of signatures, the machine can automatically finish signature feeding, wire stitching and finished product collection. It supports one-pass production of both 1-up and 2-up layouts. The equipment is equipped with two standard US M200 stitching heads and can be expanded to four stitching heads to boost production capacity. Built-in photoelectric sensors monitor the whole working process, realizing stable signature conveying, missing stitch prevention and stitching head protection, so as to achieve long-time continuous non-stop running.
