The HX2000 Automatic Notebook Ribbon Inserting Machine is a high-performance automated solution designed for efficient ribbon insertion in hardcover books and notebook blocks. By integrating multiple processes into a single system, it delivers a smooth and consistent workflow from feeding to finished product stacking.The machine automatically performs synchronized feeding, precise ribbon insertion, spine and head gluing, tail cutting, tucking, and final output stacking. With a production speed of up to 50 pieces per minute, the HX2000 significantly reduces manual intervention while maintaining reliable and consistent production quality.Easy to operate and convenient to integrate, the HX2000 can be used as a stand-alone machine or seamlessly connected to an inline production system, providing flexible solutions for different production requirements
