Equipment features:
1. The furnace body adopts a circular semi-closed structure to provide a micro-negative pressure working environment for the smelting process.
2. The upper part of the furnace body is provided with a slag outlet and the lower part of the iron outlet. At the same time, the whole furnace body is tilted by mechanical drive, and the furnace body can tilt 45 degrees, which is convenient for the maintenance of the furnace bottom lining and the bottom electrode. The furnace bottom is equipped with lining thickness detection and alarm device to monitor the lining condition of the furnace bottom in real time. In the furnace, the lining materials that meet the technological requirements are cast and formed.
3. The power supply adopts three-phase full-bridge rectifier device, and the AC power supply is rectified into a stable and reliable DC power supply. The arc in the furnace has both the working mode of DC arc furnace and that of plasma furnace.
4. Dc arc furnace adopts single electrode cathode structure, has good metallurgical conditions, and its upper power consumption is low, so it has the advantages of reducing smelting power consumption and electrode consumption. The electrode consumption is 30%~50% of AC arc furnace.
