mainly used for white corundum, fused corundum, mullite and other abrasives and refractory smelting.

Equipment form:

The white corundum furnace is a fixed furnace with water-cooled cover and skirt, top feeding, and water-cooled spray outside the furnace wall.

System features:

1. Furnace top feeding, water cooling furnace cover, water cooling structure of the furnace wall spray;
2. Each phase uses soft copper stranding wire, wall copper bar, copper bar - structural steel cross arm (trolley lifting type) and other energy-saving short net;
3. Advanced and reliable frequency conversion motor type electrode lifting automatic regulator: automatic and manual operation; 4. The shell is made of 20g boiler steel, 20mm thick, without reinforcement, and the furnace car is of circular structure; The bottom steel plate and skirt of the furnace car are made of 20mm thick steel plate 2.5 electrode clamp with belt clamping, which is reliable and has long service life.
5. The electrode clamp adopts pneumatic drive mode;
6. The primary side voltage of the transformer is 35KV, and the secondary voltage is 200-130V. Pressure regulation on load, top out line mode :2.8 Cooling water system inlet pressure and water temperature monitoring, sound and light alarm; 7. Touch screen monitoring and management of electric furnace parameters;
8. Ultra-dense phase pneumatic conveying system is used for material conveying;
9. Dust removal system adopts cyclone,- bag dust collector two-stage dust removal.
