Definition:

   Steel refining refers to the process of removing impurities in crude steel through a series of physical and chemical means to improve its structure and properties to meet different uses and specifications.

Purpose:

   The purpose of steel refining is to improve the quality and performance of steel to meet the different needs of the automotive, construction machinery, shipbuilding, petrochemical and other industries.

   By argon blowing, vacuum degassing, inclusion removal and other means to further remove impurities and gases, improve the purity of steel.

The steel is melted into hot metal and impurities are removed by oxidation.

The reducing agent and Hehe metal yuan are added to the molten iron, and the refined molten steel is injected into the ingot mold or continuously cast into billets. After rolling processing, the chemical composition and organizational structure of the steel are adjusted by crushing, screening and mixing.
